This site is intended to be mainly of use to legal professionals and students. It was devised and created with trainee UK patent attorneys in mind, although it should be useful to all those with an interest in UK IP law.
Any member of the site can amend any page (apart from this one). Discussions on any contentious issues, e.g. relating to interpretation, are welcome, and will help others.
